Arrived at 8 AM was done at 9 AM for oil change and tire rotation. Great job!

I contacted Steve by phone and we had a nice talk. All of the sales process was done from the comforts of my living room sofa. He was attentive to by wishes and we managed to reach a deal both of us were satisfied with. I had a couple of additions to my vehicle and he saw Tobit they were taken care of. Although Steve was on vacation when we picked up our vehicle Mike stepped in and did an outstanding job in his place. Your sales staff is very attentive to people’s needs and wishes. The finance lady was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. Her professionalism was top shelf. Everything about our experience was with exception of the pre-sale detailing. It was slightly below average, in my opinion.

Took my truck there for a oil change and check engine light on. They called said the price to fix it was 1250.00 I said dont fix it just change oil go to pay bill its 280.00. I text ask why was my bill so high is said they worked taking grill off truck. To check the check engine light. So I am paying for something that I said do work on. Never gave them the ok to do anything but change my oil and check the engine light never said to do anything else. Can't figure out how you work on a vehicle without the ok to charge me

The service was quick, the waiting area was clean, and best of all thanks to the service department clerk personnel, it was free! She looked at my GM Rewards and saw that I had enough points to apply and get it for free! I had no idea and was extremely happy she chose to check for me.

I was getting desperate to find new tires and brakes in back of my Equinox. When I walked in Jansen'sO asked for Jacob, who sold me my car, and asked if he could help me get an estimate to get it fixed and also provide me with a loaner caras I had an important date scheduled for the next day. He went straight to the parts department and a girl named Kelly came out and showed me an estimate for all I would need. She said to bring it in at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and Jacob would have a loaner car ready and would have everything fixed for the next day. All went well and by the end of the next day and by 3:00 p.m. everything that was broken was fixed. I was very pleased with there efficiency!

Overall, we had a great experience with the dealership. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They made buying our vehicle stress-free and were always willing to answer our questions without making us feel pressured. What really stood out to me was how they handled an unexpected issue after the sale. After only 250 miles, the check engine light came on. While that was definitely frustrating, they immediately stepped in, got us set up with a rental vehicle, and got our vehicle into the shop for repairs. They communicated with us throughout the process and made sure we were taken care of, which says a lot about the way they do business. Things can happen with any vehicle, but it’s how a dealership responds that really matters. They stood behind what they sold, treated us with respect, and made sure the situation was handled quickly. Because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great customer service doesn’t end when you drive off the lot, and they definitely proved that.
