The dealership didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but Mike went above and beyond, giving me all of my options and ultimately helping me get the vehicle I was looking for.

Jansens rotated my tires, changed my oil, and completely looked over my SUV. They even suggested new tire sensors.

Jansen's employees are so friendly and helpful. I ordered some custom mats which they installed. They were quick and explained everything they were doing. This was especially helpful when the wrong mats were sent to them by mistake. They installed what they could and then told me they would follow up when they had the correct ones.

An 8!o’clock appointment shouldn’t leve he shop at 9:20. It was an oil change - how does that take an hour and 20 minutes.

I have been a customer at Jansen Chevrolet for a year and a half, and I find them very personable and helpful. When I had my vehicle serviced, I was impressed that they brought me the actual parts that they felt needed to be replaced and showed them to me. I have been to other places in the past that didn't take the time to do that. Also, at the time when I purchased my vehicle, they were very interested in making sure I purchased the vehicle that I wanted, and I did not feel pressured in any way in making my decision. I would highly recommend them for both purchasing and for servicing a vehicle.

Leslie did an excellent job communicating the progress of the work done to my vehicle, took the extra time to redeem my GM points and let me know when my car was done. A big thank you to your technicians in the shop, they always do a fantastic job.

Purchased a used Acadia I late March. Service dept has been Excellent. Prior to picking up car had to schedule an appt. due to parts. Service tech notified me he thought he heard an exhaust leak but could not find it. I’m n 1st oil change they told me that parts were ordered. Most dealers would not cover something like this.

The entire process of having my vehicle serviced was very easy to complete. I had no issues and the staff was pleasant to work with. My service took about 1 hour to complete an oil and filter change along with a recall that was completed. I highly recommend Jansen Chevrolet for your service and purchase needs.

I called to make an appointment to have my Tahoe serviced, have a recall taken care of, balance the tires and take care of an issue with the audio system. The woman I spoke to mentioned another service that was suggested by the manufacturer and I agreed to have that done. After the service work was finished, I was notified by text message. I went online for the invoice and made the payment. Very quick and efficient.

I was a little shocked that I was charged $43 to have someone at dealership drive our vehicle around to try and determine why the breaks were squeaking. The breaks apparently didn’t squeak while the tech drove around so nothing could be done, pads and rotors appear to be good yet. Other than that the experience was pleasant!

I contacted Steve by phone and we had a nice talk. All of the sales process was done from the comforts of my living room sofa. He was attentive to by wishes and we managed to reach a deal both of us were satisfied with. I had a couple of additions to my vehicle and he saw Tobit they were taken care of. Although Steve was on vacation when we picked up our vehicle Mike stepped in and did an outstanding job in his place. Your sales staff is very attentive to people’s needs and wishes. The finance lady was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. Her professionalism was top shelf. Everything about our experience was with exception of the pre-sale detailing. It was slightly below average, in my opinion.

My son was unexpectedly home from college for a day and they were able to squeeze him in for an oil change. I appreciated this so much.

Took my truck there for a oil change and check engine light on. They called said the price to fix it was 1250.00 I said dont fix it just change oil go to pay bill its 280.00. I text ask why was my bill so high is said they worked taking grill off truck. To check the check engine light. So I am paying for something that I said do work on. Never gave them the ok to do anything but change my oil and check the engine light never said to do anything else. Can't figure out how you work on a vehicle without the ok to charge me
